It’s official. Every vote has been counted, every voice heard, and we have emerged victorious in my race for Assembly.

This win wasn’t handed to us. It was built from scratch - one conversation, one doorstep, one neighbor at a time. And now we’ve proven that when regular people organize with purpose, we can shake the ground under politics as usual.

Walter Wimbush - my partner in this fight and in this vision. We’ve been forged by this journey, and whatever comes next, we carry this win together.

My deepest thanks to my family, who let me disappear into this campaign and still welcomed me back without hesitation. And to our campaign team and volunteers, who believed me when I said the “impossible” was possible - thank you. I’ve learned that even moving mountains can become manageable with enough spreadsheets, relentless hustle, and sheer, stubborn love.

To everyone who showed up, who hoped - to those who carefully read and re-read your Vote By Mail instructions, and those who braved the rain on Election Day to meet the moment - this win is yours. You helped crack open a door to something new; a door too many thought was closed. You have my word: I will hold it open for everyone who wishes to join us too.
